When you know you need to make major changes in your business, how do you implement those changes? Andrew Smith has years of experience and will present at Carrier Assure Inc.'s (sold out!) event next week in Tampa. Andy is consistently implementing new policies at his company and revising them. Indeed, last year when everyone experienced a claim increase, Andy was able to reduce cargo claims by 60%. Here are some of the things we will learn from Andy: 🟧 You need buy-in for change. Involve those who will fight the change the most. Allow them to be part of drafting the new policies. 🟧 Make sure your policies are data-driven and supported. 🟧 Once the policies are implemented, don't walk away. Audit and continue to improve. 🟧 Don't make consistent exceptions.
