King Charles is reportedly trying to evict Prince Andrew from Royal Lodge and give it as a gift to Queen Camilla, as the royal brothers' battle over the property continues.
According to royal commentator Kinsey Schofield, the Duke of York could be kicked out by the end of the year, especially as Charles has taken away his security detail.
Speaking on TalkTV, she said: "The King is thinking long term and might want this property that he spent so much time with the Queen Mother in to leave for Queen Camilla, in case the worst happens.

"He wants to have a space for her in a private area that's close enough to the family and close enough to where she will be safe and familiar with."
Andrew moved into this 31-room mansion, on which he has a 75-year lease at a £260,000-a -year rent, with his daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie in 2003. Sarah Ferguson, his devoted ex-wife, subsequently joined him in 2008.

Ms Schofield went on to claim that "Prince Andrew is right now a waste of resources" and that the King will argue that as per the 75-year lease, Andrew is not keeping up with the maintenance of the property and therefore should be evicted.
The lease involves the carrying out of repairs and allows the Duke to pass the property on to his children.
King Charles is believed to be aware that Andrew’s occupation of a mansion, worth at least £30million, is harmful to the image of the Royal Family, and wants him to downsize to the five-bedroom Frogmore Cottage.
Andrew has been notified that the King will no longer be paying for his 10-person security team after October, although it has been reported that there is a cheaper alternative.

If the lease were to be terminated, he would be due the amount he has spent on refurbishing the property, which is reportedly considerable.
In 2022, the duch*ess of York bought a £4million property in Belgravia, which is reportedly vacant.
Last year, she and Andrew sold their chalet in Verbier for £19million.
Beatrice and Eugenie are both happily married with families and jobs. They occasionally appear at royal events.
