πβ¨ Raspberry Chia Almond Yoghurt Protein Pudding β¨πIndulge in a delightful treat with this Raspberry Chia Almond Yoghurt Protein Pudding recipe by Zena Scott! π Perfect for a quick, nutritious snack or a sweet breakfast.Ingredients:Raspberry Chia Pudding Layers:100g Nush Foods Almond Milk Yogurt50ml unsweetened almond milk1 tbsp maple syrup20g chia seeds150g frozen raspberries, thawed20g berry complete vegan blend1 tsp vanilla extractPlain Chia Pudding Layers:150g Nush Foods Almond Milk Yogurt125ml unsweetened almond milk1 tbsp maple syrup1 tsp vanilla extract20g chia seedsDirections:Blend raspberries, 50ml almond milk, and 100g Nush Foods yoghurt with Pulsin Supershake, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp vanilla extract using a hand blender in a jug.Add 20g of chia seeds to the mixture, stir well, and set it aside.In a separate jug, mix 125ml almond milk with the remaining 150g Nush Foods almond milk yoghurt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 20g chia seeds.Allow each mix to sit for 5 minutes. Try this quick and easy recipe for a delightful breakfast treat! π₯π―Ingredients:60g jumbo porridge oats2 tsp milled chia seeds250ml water100ml oat milk60g mashed banana2 tbsp (15g) raw cacao powder2 tbsp (15g) Pulsin Cacao Maca Energy SupershakeToppings:Caramelised banana, chocolate chips, roasted skinned hazelnuts, coconut yoghurt or oatly creme fraiche, and a drizzle of maple syrup to serve. ππ«π₯₯Directions:Mix banana, chia seeds, oats, cacao powder, and water in a bowl.Microwave for 2 minutes or cook on the stovetop for 5-7 minutes.Remove and add Supershake powder and oat milk. π«π₯₯β¨ Keto Chocolate Mousse β¨π₯Indulge in the creamy goodness of this Keto Chocolate Mousse, a delightful dessert by Zena Scott! π Perfect for satisfying sweet cravings while staying keto-friendly.Ingredients:35g Pulsin Vanilla Keto Protein Powder75g aquafaba (drained liquid from chickpeas)70ml water45g dark chocolate (melted)35g coconut creamDirections:Whip the aquafaba until it forms stiff peaks. This may take some time, so be patient!In a blender or food processor, mix the water and keto powder. Add the coconut cream and blend until smooth. Incorporate the melted chocolate and blend again.Transfer the contents from the blender to a large mixing bowl.Gently fold the whipped aquafaba into the mixture using a rubber spatula. π«β¨ Hazelnut Whip Protein Bar β¨π―Try out this delectable Hazelnut Whip Protein Bar recipe crafted by our very own admin! Perfect for satisfying those snack cravings with a touch of protein-packed goodness. π°π«Ingredients:170g hazelnut butter and cocoa butter*250ml hazelnut, almond, or rice milk70g chopped toasted or roasted unsalted hazelnuts14g coconut oil130g choc complete vegan blend60ml maple syrup250g dark chocolate, roughly chopped, dairy-free if necessaryDirections:Blend pea protein, hazelnut butter, maple syrup, and milk of choice in your food processor.Line an 8 or 9-inch tray with baking paper. Press the dough into the tray and spread it evenly.Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top and press them into the dough. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes.Remove and slice into 10 bars. Place onto a plate lined with baking paper and return to the freezer until the chocolate is melted!Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a jug in the microwave; 30 seconds at a time, stirring every time you remove it to prevent it from burning.One at a time, dunk the bars in the chocolate. Ensure they are fully coated and carefully lift out of the chocolate using a spoon. Transfer across to a fork, gently tap off excess chocolate, and return to the baking paper-lined tray to firm up.Store in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for up to a month.*Prefer the texture when they have been allowed to sit at room temperature for 5 β 10 minutes; depending on the weather!Enjoy the delightful crunch and rich hazelnut flavour of these protein bars!
